Account Manager

The Role
Our Account Management team are responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, and maximising revenue across all services. It is within this team that we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager.

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, specifically responsible for:

  • Retaining and increasing revenue
  • Building long standing business relationships

You will liaise with our technical department and sales team to ensure products and services are delivered on time and always exceed our client’s expectations. 


The Person

In order to be the successful candidate you will have:

  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in Account Management (within the IT Industry)
  • Proven track record of meeting targets, KPI’s
  • Good knowledge of IT systems (Hardware & Applications)  
  • Experience with CRM packages
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts etc
  • Excellent negotiation and issue management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • A winning attitude and display confidence in your own ability.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and possess a strong desire for excellence in everything they do. You will have experience in managing client’s expectations, deriving / maintaining income from within a client base and most importantly possess an ability to identify potential issues and manage the resolution autonomously.
